Alain is a former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Lebanon where he was also a member of the governing board. Besides monetary policy and regulations of the financial sector in Lebanon, his managerial responsibilities included the bank’s financial reporting and the national financial system clearing operations. His earlier experience with Kleinwort Wasserstein, ABN Amro Corporate Finance, and Lebanon Invest in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, and Private Equity covers several industries in North America, Europe and the Middle East. The total value of transactions on which Alain has worked exceeds USD80 billion.

Johnny has 15 years of experience in Investment Banking and Private Equity. Prior to joining CPH, Johnny worked for Morgan Stanley in Saudi Arabia as Vice President in the investment banking division, and prior to that for Capital Trust Middle East in Beirut, where he was a member of the investment committee and senior management team of MENAVEST Private Equity Fund in addition to his role as Director. His Regional experience emanates from concluding and managing numerous capital markets and M&A transaction as well notable regional Private Equity investments.

Patrick has over 30 years of experience in project finance, and in particular in the Energy & Natural Resources sector. Through ETCA Caspian Ltd., he has led several investment ventures including Texaco ETCA Limited In Kazakhstan. He has also been a director of Novoren Ltd a company specializing in the development of pharmaceutical projects, and the CEO of Bioren SA, a Swiss generic antibiotic manufacturer.

George has over 35 years of experience in project management, construction management and supervision, field engineering, and government relations management in the US. In addition to being president of AirPlus Engineering, he has been Vice President at LH Hajnal & Associates, and before that he held several engineering posts with the Ralph M Parsons Company.
